I am running for office to bring transparency and practical, small government solutions to Macomb County. I believe that within our community, we share the same common goals of repairing our infrastructure, allowing small businesses to thrive, and reducing government overhead and waste.

Although we share the same goals, we have lacked a government with the will to actually work together, instead of scoring points against the “other team.” We need to expect more from our local government than we do from Washington DC or Lansing.

I was born and raised in Sterling Heights, MI. I now live in Harrison Township. After graduating from Henry Ford II High School, I attended Macomb Community College and then Wayne State University, where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs. I then graduated from St. John’s School of Law in Queens, NY. After deciding to make a career change, I earned a degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University at the age of 30.

I currently work as a web developer in downtown Detroit. I am active in the Libertarians of Macomb County, where I serve as Development Director.
